Keep
the computer in an open area where everyone is, so you
can see what is happening on the internet and thereby
minimise

Try not to install a PC in a private room without

How to find and review the Internet History in Internet
Explorer?
Click
the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and select Internet
Options.
The Internet Options dialog window will appear. On the General tab, click "settings".
In the "Settings" window, click the "View
Files..." button.
The new window displays all of
the Temporary Internet Files / History stored
on the computer and their
location on the local hard drive. The window
also displays the URL (the website address) that
each temporary file came from.
